We Ship Worldwide

All orders placed will be shipped via DHL or FedEX courier service.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding preorders/handmade coats - please check the lead times found in the individual product pages)

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking details. The delivery time frame begins once the item is in transit with the Couriers.

Import Tax

All International orders may be subject to import duties and tax. 

All international customers are responsible for paying any customs, duties or import tax due upon the package arriving in their country. If you have any questions regarding import tax in your country, please contact your local customs office. 

In the event of refusing to pay import duty tax due on your parcel, the courier reserves the right to dispose of your parcel and therefore your order will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Lost Parcels

Marcéla London are not responsible for lost or missing parcels, or if a package is showing as delivered. It is the customers responsibility to follow their parcel’s journey using the tracking information provided via email or SMS. In the event that a parcel is returned back to us, original shipping cost will be deducted and re-shipping costs will apply.
